From an idea to a tested prototype in just four days.

Creating digital products is hard. And resources are limited. What should you focus on? Where should you start? Our Design Sprints connect, inspire and solve these problems in four days.

Design Sprint

/ di-ˈzīn ˈsprint /

A Design Sprint is a time-constrained, five-phase process, that is executed by an interdisciplinary team. The process helps to define goals, validate assumptions and create a roadmap, before starting product development.

Steps for validating your idea fast

  1. Step 1

    Prepare the sprint

Start out right to make it work

For a successful design sprint, good preparation is crucial. We make sure key decision-makers from your organisation are involved. And we conduct a substantive intake to understand your product and organisation and learn which experts to invite on the first day of the sprint.

  2. Step 2

    Let’s sprint!

    No distraction, all collaboration

In a mixed team of your and our experts, we will have an intense two-day workshop. With our smartphones off and our minds on the problem, we tune in to experts and sketch up ideas. By curating and combining those ideas, together we arrive at a solution concept. The concept gets prototyped and we validate it with users on day 4.

  3. Step 3

    Evaluate

    Convert insights into next steps

Together we will evaluate what has been seen, what was delivered, where the opportunities are and what needs to be done to make that happen. With our experience in product development, we create a suggestion for the next steps.

We use 4 Day Design Sprints to align stakeholders and solve a problem as a team.
